The weather is finally looking up here in Toronto and it gave Crystal & D’Jean the perfect opportunity for a little wander around the streets of Yorkville to celebrate their engagement! We settled on Yorkville because its such a quaint little gem to the city, with its small streets and colorful architecture. It’s also very close to the University of Toronto, or ‘UofT’ as the locals like to call it. For our session, D’Jean wore a crisp white shirt and jeans, while Crystal looked effortlessly romantic in a sweet white cotton dress, with summer heels to match. There was a lot of giggling during our photo session and that’s just what I love. When we let our guard down and trust that who we are, will shine through, this is when the most authentic photos come to life!
Crystal & D’Jean met on the tracks. They are both runners & love the sport, so when they ran into each other (see what I did there 😉 ) in the States during their studies, there was an immediate connection. Crystal loves D’Jeans sweet smile, humor and how tall he is! D’Jean… Well, I wasn’t able to hear a lot of what D’Jean loves about his fiancee. Those sweet, little naughty words of affection were whispered in her ear. They must have been good ones, Crystal was giggling & smiling ear to ear the whole time!
It’s hard not to see the love and strong connection these two have for one another. Enjoy getting a glimpse into this fun engagement session. The first of many this coming season here in Canada!
